pilates..?

people...just to let you know, that im no longer skipping meals... with this foundation PT1, i need all the energy i need. tuh baru training jer.. belum kerje lagik... owh well...this is just day 3. i got the pleasure to do interval training (45min endurance running with high intensity) basically my class is from 9-5. i love running! even tho its i a long period of times. weird kan..? kaki panjang, lari jer lah..


then we went to GX (Group Exercise). it was body balance (combination of yoga, thai chi and pilates)..let me tell yah, after all those running u just wanna lay flat. but thank god its just streching..(i hope) but man its tough..eric (fellow coursemate: a body builder) was sweating a pool beside me. i was like 'ur ok mann..?' cian tgk... Cindy was our instructor. she was nice. good taste of music too. Alicia Keys, KT Tunstall and such.i gotta go off and study naw... sok ader quiz lak... i dont want to end up doing pushup... penat owhh... later people....!
