are you fit, or cross fit...!

its a trend in the gym. The guys are going to go for heavy weights and body building program, while the ladies will do dead on cardio and classes. Hishh.....theres more stuff then those two exercise program. Such as cross fit. So basically what is cross fit?


CrossFit is a fitness program focused on maximizing a persons potential in strength, cardiovascular endurance, respiratory endurance, power, speed, stamina, flexibility, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. In other words, general all-around athleticism. By using constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity, we can improve the physical fitness, or what we call general physical preparedness, in everyone from elite athletes to sedentary office workers, kids to seniors.

yes people. Functional. Thats what we need. Instead of making out muscle bigger and constantly decrease our flexibility. Or running and burning till even muscle and water is lost from your body. We should do workout with full range of motion. And constantly moving exercise. It don't have to be heavy, just technique and knowledge. I'm high on cross fit. are you?
