ring some bells

just got from kettle bell training today. man it was wicked....
literally. just 4 min with a certain weight could kill you off. after that preframe, i cant Even feel my legs. argghhh...... LETS DO IT AGAIN ....! YEAH it so good you be ask for more. thats also the only time i could use heavier loads and also 2 kettle together. can i get a set for my next bdayy... please....!
