Search Light (original rhyme)

almost forgot who I was,

when the dust is clear, suddenly pause...

edge of a cliff, was pushed and force,

to the point that I felt at lost

blinded by the city light,

try reclaim myself, fight for whats right,

the star above, has helped me & guide,

by uplift my spirit, towards greater heights

heaven sent, angels around me,

a divine design, positive as can be,

to lift me up, when I’m down on my knees,

help me to set sail and embrace the sea...

ps: come what may, we rolled with the punches. I’m truly blessed to have so much wonderful soul that helped me throughout my darkest day. May the Almighty bless all and each one of your kindness and energy as it meant so much to me. Hope that one day, I could return the favour. 

By the bay (original rhyme)

breeze of the sea, smell of the sand,

its been awhile, since I last work on my tan,

as things divert, not according to plan,

finding yourself, in a no mans land,

all this time, I got away and ran, 

then I question myself, untill when?

feeling at lost, sitting by the bay,

searching for WHY, under this hot midday,

sound of crashing waves, coming my way,

learning to embrace, come what may

up to them, what ever they want to say,

as we are all human, made of clay

break the walls down, bring down the gate,

time to rise up, above all the hate,

a new song, in my mind it serenade,

so be strong, to endure fate,

tomorrow will be better, so dont be afraid,

pick yourself up, its time to create.

this piece done after the smoke was cleared. Mom took it and send into her poetry circle. translated in Spanish and fetured in Al Azhar Magazine and also in time of the poet republic in San Diego US.
